30-Day Returns & Exchanges

Most products purchased from Skool Essentials are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition.

• The product security seal remains intact and unbroken.

• All original packaging, tags, accessories, and included materials are returned.

• The item is suitable for resale.

Once the product seal has been broken, removed, or tampered with, the item will no longer be eligible for return or exchange unless it is found to be defective.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us assess your request, please provide:

• Your order number.

• A brief description of the issue.

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, repair, or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Eligible Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

• The product seal has been broken, removed, or tampered with.

• The item shows signs of use, wear, washing, or damage after delivery.

• The product has been altered or modified.

• Any accessories, packaging, labels, manuals, or included items are missing.

• The item is not returned in its original condition.

Skool Essentials reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above requirements.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

• Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

• For defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items, return shipping costs may be covered by Skool Essentials.

• For all other approved returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
